2. Terms of Service
Article 1 - Scope of Service: These terms govern the provision of host services by the ĭ.com Foundation. Services are non-commercial and provided solely for the promotion of digital freedom.
Article 2 - Acceptance: By requesting access, the user accepts these conditions in their entirety.
Article 3 - Conduct: Users are prohibited from utilizing the infrastructure for malicious activities, including high-level spamming or unauthorized intrusive actions. Content remains the sole responsibility of the user.
Article 4 - Limited Liability: Given the non-profit and experimental nature of this "Closed Beta", the provider disclaims all liability for data availability or continuous service uptime to the maximum extent permitted by applicable Seychelles law.
3. Data Privacy Statement
Nature of Data Collection: Our operational philosophy is dictated by "Privacy by Design". This infrastructure does not utilize persistent cookies, tracking pixels, or cross-site fingerprinting technologies.
Data Processing Activity: Server logs are processed on a strictly ephemeral basis for security diagnostics and are anonymized at the point of ingestion. Information provided via the Beta Application is stored in an encrypted vault and is never accessible to third-party marketing entities.
Rights of Data Subjects: Subjects have the right to request the immediate and permanent erasure of their application data. Requests should be directed through our secure electronic correspondence channel.
